The student accounts in Charms office have been updated. For those of you who do not remember how to access charms go to; https://www.charmsoffice.com/ ,type shsband where it says parent/student login and click the enter charms button. Put your child’s matriculation number as the password and click the enter button. Once you are in the system click on the finances button. There you will be presented with a student summary. Please click on the attached pdf file to help explain the different areas of the summary.

After each band performance, we provide the students with a bottle of cold water. Each year we ask the parents to contribute at least one CASE OF 16 OZ. WATER BOTTLES. Cases of water can be purchased for less than $5.00. We request that the water be delivered to the band room by the THURSDAY PRIOR to the scheduled performances. Tell your Friends, Family and Neighbors! Tax credits can be used for Band Camp and trips, not fees. You can pay for fees and anything else through fundraising, like working the U of A concessions.
